Organization and financing
The proposed organization is the formation of the Foundation Solem. Founders other than current owner should be a number of individuals / companies that want to support the school and that want to use the common house for both retreats for their employees, indyviduals which want to build their simple houses and grow their food, courses and conferences that can be coordinated with the teachers in some cases. The Foundation will be responsible for coordination. The operation of the place is partly covered by an annual rent for each cabin site and of course income.
The Foundation is also the school that covers its costs through annual contributions and to school students up a number of cabs on request.
The 12 cabins can be organized as acompany in the foundation, which subsequently sold building rights to companies / individuals will receive every right to build 1 / 12 of the shares.
The cabins are responsible for the areas operating costs through an annual fee that includes road, water and other maintenance. The foundation may in the final period to take up two development rights.
