Geography

We have a lease of 75 years on a 50 000 m² area. We also have the possibility to buy the land.

It is 5 km down to the Trondheim fjord with fantastically clear water which in the summertime is excellent for swimming. The seaweed is totally clear. We can also swim in fresh water, it is only one kilometre to a lake where we can fish for trout.

It is 1 km to the nearest two neighbouring properties and 5 km to a more built up area. The property is 275 m over sea level with an amazing view over the Trondheims fjord. A view of about 140 km and a 180° view of the surrounding mountains.

The train runs to Röra, our nearest village, which is 100 km north of Trondheim along the E6. The Trondheim airport is about 1 hour from Röra.
